Grampian Business Finder Complaints


Our Business Members operate to the Grampian Business Finder Values and are happy that genuine feedback from their customers is published on the Grampian Business Finder website.

In the unlikely event of negative feedback being received, before it is published Business Members get the chance to resolve things with a view to reaching an amicable outcome for all involved parties.

Complaints Procedure for Customers regarding Business Members, and Business Members regarding Customers

• We encourage the Customer and the Business Member to make all reasonable efforts to discuss your issues directly and find an amicable resolution

• Grampian Business Finder is an impartial promotional platform to assist with decision making and we have no liability for choices made by Business Members and Customers

• Grampian Business Finder is happy to follow up with a Business Member on behalf of a Customer to attempt to facilitate open lines of communication should this be required

• If a Customer does not want us to contact a Business Member, we cannot make a complaint about a Business Member public. We do however keep complaints on record for any future reference

• Please submit any complaint as soon as possible following the incident

• Grampian Business Finder does not publish anonymous or third-party complaints

• We respond to all complaints as soon as possible

• Grampian Business Finder does not get involved in any legal procedures arising between 2 parties, we advise that if amicable resolution cannot be found to contact a solicitor, citizens advice, trading or advertising standards, and/or the simple procedure (formerly small claims court)

• If a Business Member is found to be continually or deliberately operating in an unethical manner, they will be removed from the Grampian Business Finder website, Facebook group and any other relevant online platforms we manage


Complaints Procedure regarding Grampian Business Finder

• Please submit any complaint as soon as possible

• We respond to all complaints as soon as possible

• Valid complaints raised by Customers or Business Members will be discussed and a resolution will be sought, if no resolution can be found either party will be at liberty to terminate any formal arrangement already in place. Valid complaints do not include matters concerning the free Facebook group and already covered in the group rules
